仕事が遅い人の本質は何か？
さて、三つの要素があるという「ランチの会話」をまとめてみたところで、ぱっと、気づいたことがあります。この投稿を読んでくださった方も、もう分かっていらっしゃるかもしれません。
それは、「自己愛が強い」ということです。変にプライドが高いのです。なんでも、自分が思うところを大切にしたがるのです。
だから、「素直」になんてなれない。「自分」が邪魔して「自分の都合でしか考えられない」から、「今、すべきこと」など客観的な状況にまで思いが至らない。なんでも「自分が中心」で「自分がかわいい」から、「傷つくこと」を恐れ、コミュニケーションも不足しがちになる。
